The Boardwalk's lobby entrance and waiting area will welcome owners and guests alike with stylish oversized chairs and a comfy sofa lounge. Decorated with a classic Colonial Mexican motif makes one realize that the Boardwalk is in a class of its own.

A beautifully decorated entertainment room offers a large space for enjoying family, friends, and neighbors. Complete with classy furnishings, game tables, large flat screen TV, half kitchen and spilling out onto the sun deck, this amenity is sure to be enjoyed year round.

The large gym is equipped with state of the art machines and sauna, and has inspirational garden views. The lush rear garden area captures the morning sun and will be the perfect place to start your day with a fine Mexican coffee.

FRONT GARDEN, POOL & LOUNGE

This beautifully decorated room offers residents a place to lounge, play games, watch television or can be booked to host larger fiestas. Furnishings include oversized sofa set, tall bar-style tables and chairs, game tables and chairs, pool table, large flat screen television, bookshelves, and other decorative pieces. Bathroom facilities and a half kitchen are part of this multi-use room. The room spills out through its large glass doors onto the pool deck.

LOBBY, LOUNGE, ADMINISTRATION DESK

Tastefully decorated lobby features an oversized sofa, mural, artwork, and mood lighting. The furnished lounge area and gorgeous wood with onyx reception desk are completed with a beautiful water feature.

GYMNASIUM WITH SAUNA

Our well equipped gymnasium has state-of-the-art machines and adequate workout stations. Organized classes may take place in the gym for aerobic, yoga, or weight training. The area also includes a sauna and bathroom facilities.

ELEVATORS

Boardwalk Residences is equipped with one regular and one large sized elevator to ease the movement of residents and their belongings. You can take the elevator directly from the garage to your floor.

PARKING GARAGE

Located one level below the lobby area and accessed from the street to the rear of the building. Every residence will have one designated parking spot. From here the elevator will take owners directly to their floor. No difficult transfers, just straight to their unit - with groceries, packages or luggage.

TRASH & RECYCLABLES

Regular & recyclable waste chutes will transport garbage from each floor directly to a utility room where it will be collected. This eliminates smelly trash being transported in the elevator, a common practice in Mazatlan.

UNDERGROUND BEACH ACCESS

For easy & quick access to the beach and its palapa restaurants, there is an underground pass located next door to Boardwalk Residences.
